BSC has customers and vendors worldwide. We strive to provide a high level of customer support, whether you are across town or across the ocean. BSC has an extensive network of Freight Partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery of your products to their required destinations. In order to provide this service in a cost-effective manner, BSC has developed the following guidelines for International customers.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: All orders being shipped to a destination outside the United States require pre-payment of funds by Wire Transfer, Western Union or Certified Money Order. Due to the high level of Global Credit Card fraud, BSC will not accept International Credit Cards as a form of payment. All payments must be received in full prior to required shipping date. This includes all shipping cost. Shipping cost will be calculated based upon the number of packages, total weight, destination and method of shipping. The customer will be contacted via e-mail with the final cost. Our website will not properly calculate shipping cost for International orders. There are strict restrictions on package size, weight and dimensions when shipping to International destinations. BSC must abide by these restrictions and will package the product(s) accordingly. CUSTOMS RESTRICTIONS: BSC will not be responsible for any special Customs Restrictions that apply to countries outside the United States. If for any reason your shipment is seized or delayed by Customs Officials, we cannot issue a refund until all equipment is returned in it's original packaging and in complete working order. If the shipment is returned to BSC, we will inspect the product to determine the status and evaluate possibly alternatives to ship to the customer. If we cannot find a reasonable alternative, we will issue a refund, less all shipping charges incurred. Under no circumstances do we refund shipping charges. FEES & TAXES: For all International orders, the customer is responsible for any duties, fees, taxes and tariffs that may apply to the shipment of all products to your country. BSC is obligated by law to list the entire content description and agreed value on the customs forms. All taxes and fees are determined and levied solely by your country's tax authority. Under no circumstances does BSC collect, pay or profit from these charges. Failure by the customer to pay any and all customs fees may result in the forfeiture of both the product and original purchase funds. SHIPPING INSURANCE & LOST PACKAGES: BSC will insure all packages for their full purchase value. BSC will assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for packages lost by the designated freight carrier. In the case of lost packages, BSC will file a claim with the freight carrier. If the claim is verified and accepted by the freight carrier, BSC will refund the original purchase price of the equipment less the shipping charges. Please be aware that the process of filing a claim with any Freight Carrier may take several weeks and sometimes months. Refunds will not be issued until the claim with the Freight Carrier has been resolved. RETURN POLICY: Most of BSC's products include a 30-Day Warranty against defects, unless otherwise stated. For International orders, the 30-Day Warranty period begins from the date the product is shipped from BSC facilities. An Authorized Representative of BSC must first approve all returns. All returns must be accompanied by a completed "Return Material Authorization" (RMA Form). This form must include a valid RMA number issued by an Authorized Representative of BSC. All returns must be sent by an Approved BSC freight method. All RMA's are valid for a period of (10) business days from the date they are issued. If BSC does not receive the product in question within this timeframe, or receive a valid tracking number indicating that the product has shipped, then the RMA will be voided. Any packages received, which do not comply with these requirements, will be denied and returned to the shipper at their expense. Any credits, refunds or replacements may also be cancelled at this time. Under no circumstances are the original or return shipping charges reimbursed. |
