Warranty Policy

BSC includes a 30-day warranty on all our products identified as "Refurbished", "Used", "New-Open-Box", or "New-Overstock". All products identified as "New" are direct from the manufacturer and include a 90-day warranty from BSC.

BSC will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price (including original shipping) of items found to be defective within the previously stated limitations.

The following conditions are not covered under our warranty:

-	The buyer's inability or lack of experience and knowledge to install, configure or use the equipment purchased.
-	Any attempt to use the equipment for an application other than it's original intended purpose or in any manner that violates Federal, State or Local government laws which regulate Industry Standards.
-	Any attempt to modify or repair the equipment by any company or individual without prior authorization of BSC personnel.
-	Equipment that has been abused, neglected, misused, or damaged in any manner.
-	This includes damage that may result from inadequate power surge protection.
-	Equipment that has missing or broken seals, equipment that has missing or mismatched serial numbers applied by BSC, or equipment that shows obvious signs of tampering
_-	Equipment specifically stated and sold on an "As-Is" basis.

This warranty is applicable to the original registered Purchaser of the equipment from BSC and is non-transferable.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE GOODS PURCHASED HEREUNDER AND IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OTHERWISE IMPLIED BY LAW INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LABOR, LOSS OF PRODUCT OR BUSINESS, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE.
